 WELCOME!
Providing you with the best clinical experiences matters to us! This evaluation method is applicable to select acute care units for undergraduate students in non-Capstone preceptored experiences. The overall goal is to continually improve the quality of the clinical experience. Evaluations are intended to enhance a positive learning experience by means of coaching and reflection to promote professional growth beneficial for both nursing staff and students. Ideally, all three parties -- Student, Preceptor, Faculty -- work together at the same time.

We ask for one (1) evaluation at the midpoint and end of each rotation.

Student
-- completes one online Preceptor Evaluation at midpoint and end of their rotation for their assigned Preceptor
-- prints a hard copy of the evaluation and reviews feedback with Preceptor at end of the day

Preceptor
-- completes one online Student Evaluation at midpoint and end of the Student's rotation
-- prints a hard copy of evaluation and reviews feedback with Student at end of the day

Faculty
-- completes one online Preceptor Evaluation at midpoint and end of each Student's rotation for their assigned Preceptor
-- prints a hard copy of evaluation and reviews feedback with Preceptor at end of the day
